Ringgold Georgia Prepares for 6th Annual Haunted Depot

RINGGOLD, GA (October 8) – The City of Ringgold will host its annual “Ringgold Haunted Depot” beginning this coming weekend, October 12, and 13, and continuing on Friday and Saturday nights for the two subsequent weekends.  The Haunted Depot event has been well attended the last few years, and officials hope this year’s version will continue to exceed expectations – a task that could prove difficult considering the event last year was deemed the “best year ever” by numerous repeat customers.

“The last Saturday night was the largest single night ever of the Hayride and one of the largest nights of the Haunted Depot” said Dan Wright, Ringgold City Manager. “The new ghost walk was well attended and the comments were very positive,” said Wright.  “Many people advised that they had been coming each year for 5 years, and last year was definitely the best ever.”

Entertainment for this weekend at the Haunted Depot will include TADA Dance Academy on October 12 and 26, The Robby Hopkins Band on October 20, and the band Common Ground on October 27.

The Haunted Depot events begin each night at 7:00pm.  The dates for the Haunted Depot are October 12 and 13, 19 and 20, and 26 and 27, and will run till 10:30 or 11:00pm each night.  The cost for the haunted house and the ghost walk is five dollars each, and there is a three dollar charge for the hay ride.
