Ringgold Telephone Company and NexTV2 will present its fourth installment of the documentary series: “The History of Catoosa County”. This segment will showcase the story of the Battle of Ringgold Gap and highlight Confederate General Patrick Cleburne. The Battle of Ringgold Gap was a major turning point in the War Between the States. Much is known about the larger battles like Gettysburg and Vicksburg, but the outcome of this battle greatly effected when the war would end.
