Over the last few months, the Catoosa County landfill has experienced both a maintenance issue and low performance from the generator that runs off methane gas emitted from decomposing trash.
In 2005 the landfill stopped accepting trash and last year the generator was implemented as a way to literally generate revenue from the 60 acres that the state requires the county to monitor and manage until 2035.
Earlier this year, County Manager Mike Helton said the landfill generator was down to around 70 percent efficiency.

If you want free HD broadcast TV today such as ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, Fox, all you have to do is put up an over the air antenna and have a TV with a digital tuner or external set-top box. Your neighborhood cable company charges you for these channels inside of a package. As much as I hate to say it, rightfully so as the cable guys have to pay "retransmission fees" to offer those to you. Well except the cable guys that own the networks. Or is it the networks that own the cable guys? Anyway!
