Do you agree with the Government's "Cash for Clunkers" program?

"Yes I do! ! These cars are the ones going down the road blowing BLUE smoke, bald tires, brakes that bearley work, head lights out, no brake lights or taped up lights, trunks and hoods held on with rope or bungie cords. These are nothing but rooling (and I mean just rooling) ROAD Hasardes.
Get them off the roads if the owners won't fix them and the law won't write them up their a danger to all safe drivers and most of these cars you see little children in them too! !
I SAY YES, any way to get them off the roads."
