This President needs all of the support we can give him! At this point Parties, Dem's or Rep's make absolutely NO difference. We as a country are in trouble and it will take every Red Blooded American there is, working together, to turn this ship around! "Watching paint dry" is one of the reasons we are where we are today! Get involved, get behind, not just the man, but the country! WE THE PEOPLE can make the change happen, but we must all be in this together. Watching the inauguration will not make anyone, more American, but it would show the world we are united, excited and ready to get behind our wonerful, United States of America and become once again that "one Nation under God, indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for all."
So, let's stop watching the paint dry and start painting again!

OK first of all watching the garbage on tv will not make me more or less American, or patriotic. I do plenty of "painting." We are having issues right now in the economy, true. However anyone thinking that the new president is going to fix it is sadly mistaken. We have created this mess for ourselves by living beyond our means as a country. The only way to fix it is for each of us to take responsiblity for our own economic situation. Live on less than you make, stay out of debt, and quit hoping for President Obama to fix the problem. Anyone waiting for that is in for a long wait.

Totally agree,I dont live above my means so i dont need his help. Does that make me less patriotic NO!!! He has promised the world as do all candidates. None of them ever fulfill them promises as we have all seen. With everything he has said he was gonna do all he has is one way to go, down. People are to easily led by fast talkers and he is one. Just ponder this one Question : How much is this inaugeration costing the taxpayers of this country?????
