Fort Oglethorpe says stop feeding stray cats, or else

The stray cats that call Fort Oglethorpe their home have no idea a controversy about their daily dinner is broiling.

The city is on a mission to stop citizens from feeding strays on its walking trails and other city property, places where cats have been showing up for meals for years.

Pancake breakfast this Saturday to benefit Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care

Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care is hosting a Pancake Breakfast this Saturday, October 31st from 8-10am at Applebee's in Fort Oglethorpe. Come out and support animals in need and enjoy a delicious breakfast! The CCAC is a non-profit that is committed to reducing animal overpopulation, finding animals loving homes, and returning lost animals to their owners. Tickets can be purchased at the restaurant or at our office.

Pancake Breakfast this Saturday to benefit Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care

Come enjoy pancakes and help raise money for animals in need! This Saturday, May 2 from 8-10 a.m., Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care is hosting a Pancake Breakfast at Applebee's in Fort Oglethorpe. All donations benefit CCAC's programs to help the animals in our area find new homes, assist with spay/neuter, and much more! There will be door prizes and a raffle for a Bissell Pet Vacuum cleaner.  Come join the fun! Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at RTC, or at the restaurant.

Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care Needs Your Help

Catoosa County Animal Rescue

Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care, Inc. has helped to spay/neuter hundreds of animals and find homes for them as well as aiding those in financial need spay/neuter their pets. Thanks to a spay/neuter grant from Best Friends, they have pulled more animals from the shelter this year. However, rescuing more animals means an increase in their costs.

Dogs For Dogs To Benefit Catoosa Citizens For Animal Care Sept. 6

Benefit Event for Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care

Northwest Georgia Bank Navigators at the Battlefield Financial Centre are hosting Dogs for Dogs on Sept. 6 to raise money and awareness for Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care.

For a $5 donation to CCAC, participants will received a grilled hotdog, chips and a Coca-Cola soft drink. Desserts will also be available for purchase on the bake sale table. CCAC will have a few pets there available for adoption.

CCAC Yard Sale

The Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care will be located @ Mack Hill's Auto Sales Inc., @ 10142 Highway 41, Ringgold, Ga.
This location is just South of the town of Ringgold—across from the Historic Old Stone Church.  
They will be there Friday and Saturday—June 7th & 8th—from 8:00 a.m. until dusk!
