Catoosa DUI and Defensive Driving School owner Chasity Catlin is dedicated to rehabilitation. That is why she opened the school more than a year ago and more recently started offering ankle monitoring as an alternative sen-tencing solution.

Ringgold woman arrested for hit-and-run while driving DUI, police say

A Ringgold woman is facing a variety of charges after, police say, she struck another vehicle and then left the scene of the accident while under the influence of alcohol.

According to the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department:

Crystal Spring Branch, 29, of Indian Springs Road in Ringgold was arrested on Sunday, July 8,, on charges of DUI, disregard for a traffic control device, following too closely, and failing to stop at the scene of an accident (hit and run). Branch has been released on bond.
