NEW YORK (AP) — A new study has found that YouTube is emerging as a major platform for news, one to which viewers increasingly turn for eyewitness videos in times of major events and natural disasters.

On July 1st, Ringgold Telephone Company will launch a newly redesigned Catt.com.

This bright, modern site provides a platform for the community to interact easily and to stay up to date on both local current events and those around the world.
