"RTC has been a large part of the reason I stayed in Georgia! When I had alot of hosptial bills after an eye infection, RTC was kind enough to extend the time for me to pay my bill over several months in a row. I am sure those companies that offer $25 for unlimited local and long distance calls would not be that considerate. When my cat knocked over a glass of water on my modem, the men in the internet department spent days revamping my telephone system. I am also a New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary student. When my computer completely crashed, after I had just returned home from the hospital, Greg in the Call Center, worked on my computer until it was completely restored. Other people had told me it was completely destroyed and it was cheaper to buy another one. The service was only $95, but I know he spent many hours on getting it back on line to take an exam for NOBTS. I had time to pay the bill on the next telephone bill at a time when I did not have any money and I would have flunked out of the seminary!! "
